ABOUT US
Negative 10 / 10 helps startups successfully navigate the highs and lows of the early days. We specialize in prototyping new products, particularly data products, and helping founders start their companies. Having spent our careers working with and founding startups, we bring the necessary experience to help you achieve your goals.

Our principal, Keerthi Reddy, started Negative 10 / 10 after co-founding and serving as the CEO of Willow Health, an Andreessen Horowitz backed startup that provides crisis mental healthcare. Before that, she received her Masters in Divinity at Harvard University, where her research focused on how structures affect human behavior. She has led teams and major strategic initiatives for startups across the healthcare space, with a focus on data science and prototyping.
OUR SERVICES
DATA SCIENCE, ANALYTICS, AND PRODUCT PROTOTYPING
Our expertise in data science and experience running companies enables us to support clients with data science that is easy to understand and solves business problems. We can prototype novel data products, analyze your data to enable you to make important decisions, or help you design and hire a team of your own. Past projects include co-designing a novel methodology to measure doctor quality, designing and hiring a full data team, and managing a team to make the infrastructure improvements needed to onboard 3x more clients. We have significant knowledge of common healthcare data sources.
STRATEGIC WORK AND COMPANY BUILDING
We know the particularities of starting a company, so we can serve as a thought partner when you need it, facilitate challenging moments, or pick up projects you don't have the time to do. We've helped our clients with general strategy, reviewed financial models, workshopped pitch decks, designed organizations, and served as a sounding board for all kinds of questions. We can also focus in on domain-specific challenges in the health-tech space, such as payor and value-based care strategy and models for tech-enabled healthcare services.
